Question 3
What is worse for your liver: Alcohol or Sleeping Pills?...

Answers
1)   I think alcohol is worse for your liver. - dn

2)   this really isn't an answerable question -- both can be quite harmful depending on dose. having said that, your liver is quite adept at processing both alcohol and sleeping pills. The issue is long-term abuse rather than one night of drinking or one dose of sleeping pills. - hannahbean

3)   Absolutely it's alcohol that damages your healthy Liver. - David Mongold

Alcohol - A Adam

5)   Most sleeping pills are very safe and don't cause any amount of liver damage even with long term use. Contrary to what most people think most medication is not at all hard on the liver and they can be taken as long as needed, at the dose required, without harm.

However there are a huge number of drugs used for insomnia so some have more risk than others (some drugs like lorazepam can't cause liver problems at all). Actually in North America three of the five most prescribed "sleeping pills" are not approved for insomnia and are used because sleepiness is a side effect. Trazodone is the most prescribed sleeping pill in North America and it is an antidepressant.

On the other hand alcohol is extremely hard on the liver. If we compared two people, one addicted to the hypnotic temazepam using 500 mg/day (about 17 times the official maximum dose) and the other is an alcoholic who drinks 17 shots of vodka a day what do you think we would find after a few years. The temazepam addict will almost certainly have a very healthy liver, the alcoholic will almost certainly have changes in liver enzymes and over time he would very likely develop alcoholic liver disease.

Also alcohol should not be used to help with sleep. Alcohol will significantly alter sleep architecture (brain waves when sleeping) leading to a reduction in delta-wave sleep (deep sleep or N3), a reduction in REM sleep, increased sleep latency to REM and N3, increased awakenings, and a reduced sleep time. And it only takes a few days for alcohol to significantly alter sleep. Long term use of alcohol as a hypnotic can lead to damaged sleep architecture potentially for years after stopping alcohol.

The approved hypnotics, like temazepam, will not cause problems with sleep architecture even with long term use. - Mathieu

Question 4
Is there a way to grow Taller in height After the age of 20?...  Just wondering if you know of any methods

Answers
1)   No, only time can make you grow taller. That usually stops around your age. - tiebuster2

2)   No because after age 18 the epiphyses of your long bones fuse which makes further changes in length impossible. - Rhianna

3)   No - Angie :)

4)   They are right. I'm sure you may not want to hear this, but as you grow, the only thing that will work safely and naturally is time.
Unfortunately, nothing can force your body to grow taller than your DNA says you will and time is all it takes to make that growth happen.
There are some things that can take away from your potential height while you're growing (like coffee/caffeine, smoking, drugs, etc), so as long as you stay away from those, exercise at least on a semi-regular basis, and have a healthy diet, you should grow as tall as you're supposed to. Besides all that, your growing age normally peaks around 20 years old, so since you are over 20 years old, HGH won't help with height anyway because your bones would have already fused.

The only thing that actually would work aside from that would be a risky, expensive, and very painful surgery where they cut your leg in half (no joke), add a few spacers, then let your body heal. It's most common in China where height has a bigger impact in certain jobs. Over the course of a year or two, they could add an inch or so to your leg... but I don't think it would be worth the pain and price myself.
However, there are insoles that will help to boost your height because they are adding the height, not making you grow taller.
Good luck and I hope I helped! - oldtimekid2

5)   I had been wondering about it since 2 years ago, when i was 22. But unfortunately, i discovered that it is very much impossible to gain height as the bone caps get fused and not so elastic anymore. I still wonder if it is possible to make the bones elastic and squeeze in some calcium to increase height... - ace

Question 5
How did it feel when you got high?...  I've taken K2 recently, as it's a legal drug in the US and it's legal in my state.

It's the first time I smoked, and my high is still going, and it's been over 12 hours. I only took about 6 hits.

I felt, and still somewhat feel nauseous. But I feel calm and relaxed, kind of like how it feels when I slip in between fresh sheets. Relaxed and somewhat happy. Oh, and tired, very tired although I slept 9 hours.

How long is this high supposed to last, and how does it feel when you get high? Especially when you've first experienced it and after some time of experiencing it?

Thanks,

Answers
1)   it lasts a while the first time and you feel really burnt out once its over. once you smoke more though the time lengths will become more normal. the good feelings will stay the same though. - joe money

2)   lol u feel like you are floating in space. And hey you do everything slow when you high Did you notice:) - Simphiwe Sithole

3)   Warm, relaxed, sleepy, dizzy. - Maybe Later

4)   Tired, that's about all it ever did for me, and I agree that it feels like everything takes forever... a walk to the fridge feels like it takes 5 minutes instead of 30 seconds... it's annoying. Works wonders for some, like those with bio polar and things like that. And for others not so much. - Danielle
