Natural cure for cancer. Happy to say it true, but why are people still doing chemo?... There are cure for cancer. Just call a local naturopathic doctor and they can direct you to a naturopathic specialist.
The medical community are just hurting the truth by not providing alternatives that work. Please, consult a naturopathic physician if you have cancer. They're not that expensive and it could save your life. Why aren't people open to cures other than chemo-poison?
A lot of professionals out there that are trained like dogs to go around in their medical media circles. They mean well, but are mislead.
Naturopathic doctors go to medical school and take many of the same classes as MDs, but also have additional training in alternative medicine.
When you research this this you will find that on the average their medical school requirements are longer in hours than traditional medical doctors.
Note on the expense. I've been amazed at the lack of expense involved in seeing a naturopathic doctor. The cost is generally much lower than your local MD.
The MD spends much less time communicating with you than and ND. That's why MDs tend to give higher rates of misdiagnosis.

2) why can i smell a farmyard full of bulls regarding this statement. It is just not true and too many gulible people have died because of idiots like this. - harrygarry99
3) Oh my. naturopathic 'doctors' have no where NEAR the training of a REAL MD. They hand out carrots and call it medicine. They trick sick, desperate people out of thousands. They play on the hopes and the FEARS of the dying and it SICKENS me. They convince people to stop taking their life saving, FDA approved medicine only to have it backfire and they end up in hospice. NO ROOM for that in MEDICINE.
I would love to see a natural cure work I really wuld I see so may people just deterorate through chemo. But the true is, there is no FDA approved treatment. So, there is your proof. - Nurse Kate (RN/BSN)
4) Having worked with leaukeamia patients I know this is not true. Many of them have desperately tried EVERYTHING including what you suggest, and many, many, many, still die. You are raising false hope. I'm glad if you know someone this may have helped, but I promise you it will not fix everyone's cancer everytime. Don't do this to people who are searching for hope and dying anyway. I promise you they have tried everything. - woody
5) Such methods are not effective. If anyone using such methods sees improvement I would be more inclined to blame it on sheer coincidence. And a whole bucketful of luck.
If such methods were indeed effective, then why are they not approved for use in hospitals? Are you implying that the hospital are not trying their very best to save lives?
Also, I cannot possibly agree with people who believe we should not use vaccines (as some naturopathists do) even though they save millions of people from potentially deadly diseases. - IceQu33n
6) ignorance and fear go together. - Mr E
7) You're so right about there being alternative cures to different ailments! Chemo can be a good choice though, especially at really late stages of cancer when few other options are available. But, if only everyone would consult with a natruopathic doctor (ND) before going the traditional chemo route! NDs are likely to say when chemo is necessary as well, they just won't default to this option without running through the others! Also, even if chemo is deemed necessary, an ND can help to discuss dietary changes/supplements and herbs the person can take to help build up the immune system during the chemotherapy so that the individual doesn't suffer the side effects (like nausea and weakness) as severely.
Thanks for bringing up this topic!

No? Thought so. - Weise Ente

10) OOOh, this is a good way to get the skeptics mad! Good.
Truthfully I think people are just conditioned in our society to view doctors as gods and take everythin they say as gospel, without realizing that they are big pharma's puppets. - Harry Nuutzenmouf

Question 2
Is It Safe To Take Sleeping Pills Every Night?... I Wana Take Sleeping Pills Every Night Because Instead Of Forcing Myslf To Sleep I Wana Sleep Early Because School Starts Monday, Please Give Me Advice!!
Answers
1) It's not going to kill you but you may become dependable on them to sleep (like you may not be able to or have a hard time sleeping without them when you decide not to take them anymore). Getting on a routine would be a lot safer. If I were you, I wouldn't do it. I'd maybe eat dinner, watch a favorite tv program, take a shower and go to bed (Using Lavender Body wash makes you relaxed and makes you tired -something I learned from being a massage therapist-). Good luck =) - thelyndzz
2) NO!!! You will body will become dependant on the pills and it will be difficult to sleep without taking them. Pay attention to how much caffeine you are having past 6pm and get yourself into a routine of going to bed at a decent time. Take care of your body while you are young!!! - Daniel G
3) wana have long life...? then dont take... stope them - Abcofmylife
4) well your gonna get addicted hard. probly. it depends what sleeping pills your takin. If you take ambien like I used to take...well then stop. lol I mean dont take ambien at all cuz it messes ur head up. and its super addictive. you will start takin more pills each night involuntarily. trust me my days of takin ambien were dark days.. I take lunesta right now. It doesnt mess u up like ambien and..well idk if its addicting. I guess if i stopped taking it Id find out if Im addicted but I dont crave more pills like I did with ambien. and I take lunesta every night and I feel fine. And then theres ativan.. I used to take that long ago to sleep. Its actually an anxiety med but for some reason the dr thought it was a good sleep med :p but ativan is HORRIBLY addicting and the withdrawal makes you wanna kill yourself. For real never get yourself addicted to the class of drugs ativan is in (benzodiazepines). Anyway so I guess it depends on what sleeping pills you plan on taking. - Jon B
5) Dude, no pill is safe to take every day for extended periods of time. And in case you haven't heard, sleeping pills aren't exactly "safe" to begin with, notice the extremely long disclaimers at the end of every commercial for them.
To fall asleep earlier, try darkening your room by putting the shades down and turing off lights and electronic devices, because light tells your brain to stay awake and darkness tell it to go to sleep, so you will feel tired earlier. Its alot more complicated than that but whatever. Also, get alot of physical activity during the day, which will allicated thso help you feel tired earlier. And if neccessary, you can always take a shot of hard liquor, because a little alchol also can make you tired, whcih is why people used to dip their finger in rum and put it in a babys mouth to help it sleep.
good luck - John
6) It's not necessarily dangerous, but you will become dependent on the pills, and coming off them can be dangerous if they're benzodiazepines, such as temazepam, because withdrawals can include seizures and death. It's okay to use sleeping pills for short periods of time, such as a few days or even a few weeks if something is going on in your life which is stressful. Work on your sleeping pattern instead of taking drugs, for example, set your alarm to wake up at 7-8 am each morning and go to bed at 10-11 pm each night. If you don't have insomnia, where you can't sleep even with a proper sleeping pattern, then you don't need pills. - Medicine
7) It depends on the ingrediets. You can certainly find something natural out there in the form of pills. that's how they started anyway. The problem of today pills is that they have so many chemical ingredients, and on top of that they're petrolium based... often times hurting you via side effects. I'd stay away from most (if not all) heavily advertised and over the counter sleeping pills.
Do your research and see if you find any pills out there that are organic and completelly natural w/absolutely no chemicals, preservatives, etc.
As far as becoming dependent to them... that's a double edge sword and depends on how you look at it. Given that you were to take organic natural pills, adjusting the body's chemistry usually takes about 3 - 8 months. Longer in tougher cases.
If you're young and your nervous system is not racked, you'd probably get away just by taking lettuce tea 2-4 hours b4 bed time for about a week.
If you're not youg, or your nervous system is racked, then you also need to take one table spoon of cider apple veneger dissolved w/2 glasses of water an hour before your meals for about 4-8 months to see some improvement, along w/the lettuce tea. Rule of thumb here: twice as long as it took for you to recuperate.
Plenty of sunlight every day, (morning or evening to avoid skin damage) is also highly recommendable.
Point: don't just take stuff over the counter before you research your options. Chemicals are damaging our health, don't be so open to them. - Augusto

Question 3
How do I kick my drug problem?...
Answers
1) Choose something else to crave on.
Good luck and I hope you sort it out ;) - Craig Jackson
2) Rehab silly. - Manda
3) decide that you REALLY want to.
Stay away from the people that supply you the drugs and the ones that you hang with when you get high.
ASK for help. Go to a detox center or a rehab center.
Pray and ask God to help you.
God Bless you. - sue h
4) It depends on which drug you are addicted to....but as a general rule its best to try to detox with the assistance of a physician who can prescribe medication to make the withdrawl bearable - because as you probably know, the discomfort of withdrawl sends a lot of people right back to using.
So I would discuss with your doctor that part of it....
And then I would check out perhaps an in-patient rehab, or intensive outpatient clinic to help you discuss the reasons why you used, and new coping techniques
And finally, I would suggest at least trying a 12 step program such as NA or AA (don't let the name fool you, most of them are drug addicts as well) - Tink
5) meditation and Yoga - Abcofmylife
6) That's a very poor question to ask without specifying which drug you're trying to quit, for example, there's a difference between trying to stop weed, heroin, or crystal meth. The one thing they all have in common is counselling, rehab, and seeing a doctor. - Medicine
7) Just remember "you can stop a habit that you have started"
You should have a strong determination to avoid your drug habits.(if there is a will, there is a way)
try some creative and productive hobbies
don't try to stop your habit in just a day or else you will start it the very next day with double the quantity.
A step by stem move to avoid your addiction will work.
try to be in good company and read as many books as you can. I am sure that you will win. (slow and steady wins the race) - tintu
