1) The FDA has come out and said it's a scam. Save your money.

"The U.S. Food and Drug Administration today issued warning letters to five electronic cigarette distributors for various violations of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FDCA) including unsubstantiated claims and poor manufacturing practices.
Also today, in a letter to the Electronic Cigarette Association, FDA said the agency intends to regulate electronic cigarette and related products in a manner consistent with its mission of protecting the public health. The letter outlines the regulatory pathway for marketing drug products in compliance with the FDCA.
For a drug product to gain FDA approval, a company must demonstrate to the agency that the product is safe and effective for its intended use. The company must also demonstrate that manufacturing methods are adequate to preserve the strength, quality and purity of the product."

2) Dude, totally not a scam. I used it and I quit. It cuts out the part of the routine where you have to go outside, or relocate to smoke. You just pull it out of your pocket, take a drag our two, and ur good to go. Make sure you get the kind that has nicotine in it though. I suggest this website, it's where I got mine. After like 1 month of this thing i just quit. After 10 years of smoking.
You can order like, a black cigarette with a blue led. Looks sick, there's lots of different colors.
This site also has the best prices

5) Oh the FDA warning lol. This is quite humourous..oh the dreaded e-cigarette. Let's not mention that a normal cigarettes has 4000 chemicals including at least 60 known carcinogens. That is quite alright to keep smoking apparently. lol - ƦєdAиgєℓ
6) i have also used these to quite and it worked wonders! it was really helpful and did not have anyone charging my card for more than i agreed to. get it before the silly FDA creates problems (im sure this is simply b/c the big tobacco companies are putting pressure on the FDA as this is the only time they do anything, for special interest groups, lets not forget aspartame is still considered safe in the FDA's mind. clearly they are as dysfunctional as beavis and butthead).
good luck! - J.

Question 2
Is Reiki or acupuncture better for chronic anxiety and phobias?... I have always been anxious but it's starting to get worse and messing with my daily life. I really want to help this but am very against taking medications. I am hoping someone has experience with either of these practices for treating anxiety. I would be open to any other natural approaches as well.
Answers
1) I am a Usui reiki master... I don't have any personal experience with acupuncture, but it works along similar lines to reiki, in that it works through blockages in your energy meridians and channels.
I would imagine that both are excellent therapies for working through anxiety, and your choice should be based on which feels the more appropriate for you. Reiki is perhaps more "gentle" and may require more treatments than acupuncture.
I have also suffered greatly from anxiety in the past, and I found that reiki, which induces a great state of calm, was invaluable to me in dealing with those issues. I can definitely vouch for it!
Perhaps try a session of each therapy... whichever feels better to you will be the one that will give you the most benefit... - Bronwen M
2) Try also chakra and biofeedback - Ginny Jin

5) Deep breathing and meditation are more likely to help than Reiki, which does nothing, or Acupuncture, which is mostly placebo effect. - AKA Inverse Mushroom Cloud
6) acupuncture by far will be more beneficial and have longer lasting effects. try to find a community clinic if money is a problem as these will allow sliding scales and treatments are usually $25 or so. if your skeptical, the best thing is to try it just once, and you can see for yourself how well it works!! - J.

Question 3
Homeopathic Medicines for Sinusitis?... How do (1 ) Sticta Pulmonera (2) Ammonium Carbonicum & (3) Lemna Minor act differently on Sinusitis ?
Answers
1) they don't. Homoeopathic 'treatments' are only water with no content. Try pseudoephedrine - at least it does something - Nitram
2) In a Homoeopathic Materia Medica try to match your symptoms with the characteristics of each remedy you have mentioned. The one most matching may be your remedy. But I doubt you will be able to match. It requires a Homoeopath to do this. In the first place how did you hit upon these remedies? These are no specifics because in Homoeopathy we don't have one. None out of these remedies may be your indicated remedy but we have a treasure of remedies to select from. It all depends on matching your symptoms - objective and subjective - with the characteristics of the remedy.

China, which has repeatedly been caught exporting contaminated products, is a major supplier of raw supplement ingredients. The FDA has yet to inspect a single factory there.
We have identified a dozen supplement ingredients that we think consumers should avoid because of health risks, including cardiovascular, liver, and kidney problems. We found products with those ingredients readily available in store.
Because of inadequate quality control and inspection, supplements contaminated with heavy metals, pesticides, or prescription drugs have been sold to unsuspecting consumers. And FDA rules covering manufacturing quality don’t apply to the companies that supply herbs, vitamins, and other raw ingredients. - Seeya
