If you take more than you are suppose to, they will make you ill.

What are some creative ways to kill bad breath? and please dont say toothpaste ok?...  like are there fruits,plants, mix things that will help with bad breath? also i kinda want something that will last long, but if not still put it down.

1)   Just chew minty gum at all times and avoid talking to someone up close if you haven't talked to anyone or like, opened your mouth in a long time. - baby c

2)   Parsley is suppose to kill bad breath, but it taste yukkie! Whole cloves also kill bad breath and they taste considerably better than parsley. - Dallas Guy

3)   The bacteria in the back of your tongue builds up and causes your breathe to stink. What I do is I basically use the toothbrush and brush the back of my tongue and you'll see all that crap on your toothbrush. Also you can chew gum and do other things to cover up the smell. - Mushroom Man

4)   Apparently Cardomom pods (seeds) are quite good. If you chew them, eat them with meals or swallow whole with water.
A spoonful of baking soda and a cup of water with a splash of fresh lemon juice in the morning can help too. Or if you cant handle the baking soda, just lemon water through out the day, lots of lemon can clean out the stomach.
Chewing mints and gum can make it worse in the long run. - Sharanda
