4)   its just plain stupid. if you wanna feel good just get some vodka. its legaL :P - marduksk8er

5)   Bad: There are no 100% proven bad effects of smoking marijuana. However, marijuana can lead to a minor crash after coming off of the high, paranoia, red eyes, and some people report a loss of coordination and focus (but I often find myself more focused), munchies.

Good: Expansion of the mind (more creative flow of thoughts), food tastes better, music sounds better, a sense of happiness and well being, increased sociability, everything seems a lot funnier, everything feels better--hugs, beds, sex. - Lucy Mayes

6)   It makes u laxy and gives u the munchies. I dont reccommend smoking anything that costs less than $3500 a lb. - CTC

I wasted a lot of money as well. - Andrew

8)   Good facts: It relieves tension and stress. It makes you feel good. It can encourage people to be more social and even enhance social skills. It makes you creative, and sometimes more deeply spiritual in some people. Decreases aggression. Makes you feel good. Also an aphrodisiac, making love while high is a really enjoyable experience. Can open your mind and make you think about stuff you don't normally think about.

The bad: It can get you arrested. If you do it 24/7 you can develop a tolerance and the effects are no longer the same. Overuse can also make you lazy. - CrocoDuck

9)   Well, smoking marijuana can relieve anxiety, pain, and has many other uses besides enjoying a good toke to get stoned.

It can take a toll after a while, smoking can build up tar on your lungs, however its not cancerous, and its not as bad as cigarettes. It can also effect short term memory after excessive extended use. With constant use, you can build a tolerance to it and it can become expensive. Realistically, for people with addictive personalities and who experiment with drugs, it is a gateway drug. For people without addictive personalities or experimentation, its not addictive. People say that it changes your personality, it does for some people but its also a combination of influence in their life, and the fact that everybody changes all of the time, good and bad. It has many different medicinal purposes (As well as mundane purposes! Paper, fuel, oil, food, plastic, just to name a few!) and is not necessarily an issue for people who do not abuse it. - [ ★ .Strawberry Cough ]

10)   Good: Can help people suffering cancer, get through chemo treatments feeling better.

Bad: It is still illegal to use in most places. - James

How does one cure insomnia?...  I often have trouble getting to bed before 4/5 am; sometimes never actually managing to sleep for days!

I usually resort to watching hours on end of old TV shows or films, in order to just fall asleep from sheer exhaustion.

Now, I've made a 'bedtime story' youtube channel (see link below), to aid others in a similar situation to drift off to sleep. But is this an effective method for people to help them fall asleep?
