6)   Lolz. An ounce is about 28.3 grams. A gram is usually at least 3 big bowls, maybe more. So you'll probably get at least 85 bowls. If its a small bowl you can get up to maybe 5 bowls from a gram, so thats over 130 bowls.

Either way, an ounce is a bunch of bowls!

Unless of course you mean a bowl to eat soup out of. Then an ounce is 1-2 bowls, haha.

7)   Any ounce you get will (or should) weigh 28 grams. The .35 is dropped. It just makes the whole thing easier to deal with whole numbers. 8th- 3.5 grams 1/4- 7 grams, 1/2- 14 grams and so on. So if say your bowl can hold .5 gram and there is 28 grams to an ounce then you would be able to get ideally 56 bowls out of it. But thats not taking into consideration what quality of herb you are getting. If your getting some schwag that has a lot of stems and seeds that number will decrease. If you go with headies or some high quality stuff you have way more yield because there are no seeds and thinner stems and bigger buds. - SourMashIVXX

Natural remedies for a toothache?...  My boyfriend is suffering from a severe toothache and he doesn't have neither the insurance nor the money to get it removed. I'm hoping someone can offer more natural, at home remedies to soothe his pain. We've tried cloves, and pain medicine with no avail. Please help.

1)   Okay the pain is almost certainly being cause by either an infection or a cavity where the nerves are exposed. Both of these require a dentist visit. An infection needs antibiotics and a cavity needs filling. It is expensive and unpleasant but there is no way around it. Toothaches simply don't just go away. Clove bud oil and pain killers are temporary solutions to help with the pain until you get into the dentist.

2)   Someone once told me that if you have health insurance but not dental insurance when it gets bad enough you can go to the emergency room and they will pull it. - Pat

3)   This might not sound like the best alternative, but the only thing I can think of is for him to pull it out himself. It'll hurt like hell, but there really aren't any natural remedies for toothache.

5)   As a purely temporary pain relief the only thing I found to help was Clove Oil. However, I bought a second bottle of the same brand some time later and it had much less effect.

when it did work it had a numbing effect which was heavan. This is also dangerous. Just because the pain goes does not mean that the problem goes away. The tooth needs to go. I've also heard that untreated dental problems can cause infections elsewhere in the body but that is hearsay and to be taken lightly. - Angelhil

6)   Cayenne pepper is supposed to be a natural pain reliever. Also as someone mentioned, nerves may be involved so actually b vitamins may help along with vitamin c but it might take a few days. But anytime nerves are involved b vitamins is the way to go. - Amy W

4 handfuls dried hops flowers
4 handfuls dried lavender flowers
